iConvert is a free and easy-to-use online application for creating and converting icons for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux. I’ve developed this site over the last several years, adding new features slowly over time.
As far as I am aware, it is the only online icon conversion program in existence that supports the creation of the Mac OS X icns format. It also supports creating icons from many popular icon formats that most other icon conversion applications and websites do not, including SVG, rsrc, and more.

I would like to see a downloadable version of this that will work on all three OSs without different installation files (IE flash programs generally run on all platforms)
