I first heard about the story of missionary pilot Nate Saint in a children’s book I read when I was about eight or nine. I forget what the book was called, and I can’t seem find it, but if I remember correctly, it was a part of a whole series on various Mission Aviation Fellowship pilots. It was a pretty incredible story, like Indiana Jones. The only difference was that Nate didn’t make it.

At any rate, Every Tribe Entertainment has made a movie out of the story, and it looks like it’s going to be pretty good. From my understanding, it stays as close as to the story as possible, althouh it does take a little bit of cinematographic liberty – but not at the expense of the foundational message.
